Les Dÿades - Brasserie artisanale - Bubbles odyssey

Sensitive to their environment, Manon and Maxime promote both the history of Vaison-la-Romaine and local resources. Their products, certified Origine France Garantie, are made with ingredients sourced as close as possible to the place of manufacture. In this way, they form a dyad with their environment, and between their creations themselves!

The concept: the bubble!
The true thread running through the factory, the bubble unites all their creations thanks to their know-how under pressure. Each sparkling, delicious drink is a perfect accompaniment to aperitifs and meals alike.

They create a range of original, high-quality products: lemonade with real Provençal lemon juice, local beers and low-alcohol sparkling wines.
This collection evolves with the seasons, with new products in harmony with the terroir.

Products in the permanent range:
- Vasio: white beer with 5 cereals. Vaison-la-Romaine's centenary beer!
- Minerve: soft, refreshing blonde ale (5°).
- Nymphe: white beer with IGP Haute Provence small spelt, sweet and fruity (4.5°).
- Aquilon: blond IPA beer, Mistral hops, bitter and highly aromatic (6°).
- Vulcain: amber ale with toasty, caramelized notes (5.2°).
- Saturn'ale: winter amber ale with figs from Provence, ultra fruity, unsweetened and powerful (6.5°).
- Imperator: imperial blond beer, super aromatic and powerful (10°).
- Limonade: refreshing and highly aromatic, with real Provence lemon juice (alcohol-free).
- Bacchus blanc or rosé: two sparkling wines infused with hop flowers, fresh and new (10°)!

TAFFY MACHINE RENTAL :
For weddings, birthdays or weekends with friends, don't bother with bottles! Instead, hire a beer tapping machine with kegs, to keep the drinks flowing in a practical and festive way. Remember to book in advance.

VISIT THE FACTORY :
Manon and Maxime offer a tour of the factory (approx. 1h) followed by a tasting of their products.
On request for groups of 10. Price: €6/person and €3/child under 10, deducted from any purchases. Tours must be booked 48 hours in advance, by telephone only.

PRESENT ON THE STEPS OF VAISON-LA-ROMAINE :
- Saturday morning local producers' market in the Tourist Office parking lot.

ROOM RENTAL
The Dyädes offer the possibility of renting the hall.
