For three generations, the Farnoux family has continued their tradition of producing Extra Virgin olive oils with a sweet and fruity flavour, at its mill. You're invited to come and taste this precious oil and discover the secrets of the mill and its ancestral equipment, free of charge, on a guided tour.
The oil is homemade, extracted by first cold pressing, preserving all its qualities. We invite you to visit the new Vieux Moulin, preserved in its original layout. A shop offers a variety of food and cosmetic products made from olives and olive oil. M. Farnoux cultivates 1,500 century-old olive trees on his family estate, producing AOC "Nyons" olives, the name given to Tanche olives grown in and around the town of Nyons in Provence.

Opening hours on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday between 10 am and 12 pm and between 2 pm and 6 pm.
Open on selected Sundays in July and August.
