To discover the world of the truffle, begin with a 90 minute walk through the truffle patches, revealing some of the secrets of the underground mushroom known as the "Black Diamond". This discovery-walk is followed by a tasting of truffles at the farm, by the fireside in the winter or under the shady plane trees or truffle oaks in the summer. B&B truffle weekends can be organised at Mas La Quinsonne. Truffle hunting and tours of the truffle cannery for small groups by appointment. All year round, by appointment, 'truffle farm' day outings from 15 November to 10 December and 10 January to 15 March, with truffle hunting and tasting. English & Spanish spoken. Can accommodate 12 people minimum - 30 people maximum.
