It was in Cairanne, a winegrowing village, that Peggy, a passionate oenologist, and Anthony, an agricultural engineer, joined forces to create beers in their own image. These are "gourmet organic beers", unfiltered and refermented in the bottle.
And they've succeeded, with a fine, delicate range of white, lager, amber and hopped beers, complemented by beers co-fermented with musts from local grapes (Rolle and Muscat Petit Grain).
