Domaine Les Davids

Situated at an altitude of 580 metres, nestled in an undisturbed valley on the border of Mont Ventoux and the Monts de Vaucluse, this estate benefits from a rare and unspoilt terroir, ideal for producing exceptional wines.

The vineyard follows the principles of organic polyculture, protecting biodiversity and the presence of local yeasts, which ensures perfect fermentation.

The cellar has been designed so all the different wine-making processes can be followed seriously to respect the quality and integrity of the product. The cellar has three adjoining levels, ensuring a smooth maturing process, from cellaring to storing the bottles.

From the selection of grape varieties to cellaring, everything is determined by the land, with its unique characteristics in terms of water, exposure and the biodiversity of soils and slopes.

In Le Fournil des Davids, our summer shop, you can try a delicious range of breads and savoury or sweet tarts, as well as local products like seasonal vegetables and other products we produce (tomato coulis, juices, jams, syrups, etc.) in the spirit of sharing and authenticity that is unique to Davids.
