Heir to a tradition that has been passed down through the ages, the factory was established by my father, Mr Marcel Richaud, in 1947. Having spent my whole life in this field of work, it was only natural that I decided to succeed my father, to maintain the love and craftsmanship of the profession. For treats you can enjoy straight away, we offer candied fruit (pre-packaged), glazed candied fruit (packaged in boxes or in beautifully-made baskets), candied fruit calissons, fruit pastries, and chocolate candied fruit.
