Le Clos des Jeannons olive oil mill favours traditional processes, using a stone wheel to crush the olives. Visitors can taste the oil produced in a warm, yet traditional setting. Set off from the mill along a signposted path for a 1.5 hour walk, where you can discover the countryside surrounding Gordes (garrigue and bories) as well as the olive groves. Member of the 'groupement des oléiculteurs de Vaucluse' (Vaucluse olive producers).

The oils produced on site are made using olives from Gordes and the surrounding area. Visit the mill free of charge. The workshop is housed in a dry stone building (Gordes stones), combining charm and tradition. A stone wheel is used to crush the olives. The olive oil produced has a distinct plant-like character, certain to appeal to visitors. The mill has a shop selling a range of products: tapenade, local wines, olive oil-based beauty products, pottery, decorative items etc. The mill is open to visitors from Monday to Saturday, April to September from 10:30 am to 7 pm and October to March from 2-6 pm. Closed Sundays and during February.
