Everyone can follow this itinerary which takes you along picturesque, little used roads through some of the most beautiful and stunning landscapes and villages of the Luberon Regional Nature Park. It is a signposted itinerary so you can fully enjoy your ride.Day 1:
Cavaillon to Lauris.
Set out on your bike ride from Cavaillon in the Luberon. By going along the Durance, you’ll go through the villages of Mérindol and Puget, before arriving at your first place you’ll be staying in, in Lauris.

Day 2:
From Lauris to La Bastide des Jourdans.
Day visiting the Chateaux of Luberon. You’ll ride along little-used shady roads from village to village which have plane tree-edged squares with a gushing fountain.

44km, +580m/-450m elevation
Day 3:
From La Bastide des Jourdans (or Grambois) to Manosque.
Pays d'Aigues.
This stage takes you through the villages of Beaumont de Pertuis and Pierrevert, the crossroads of the Var, Vaucluse, Bouches-du-Rhône and Alpes-de-Haute-Provence départements.

Day 4:
From Manosque to Forcalquier.
In Giono country. You’ll ride along the Durance again, via Volx and Villeneuve, then cross the eastern part of the Luberon to arrive in Forcalquier, the “City of the four queens”.

Day 5:
From Forcalquier to Céreste.
The land of the Forcalquier counts.
You’ll continue your journey heading for Dauphin. You’ll go around the village by the north, to reach St Michel l'Observatoire. The signposting will then take you to the edges of the village of Aubenas les Alpes, then Vachères. After having passed Reillanne, you’ll arrive in Céreste.

Day 6:
From Céreste to Apt.
An alternative is possible via Rustrel and/or the Ochres of Roussillon.
Ride via St Martin de Castillon before arriving in Apt.

Day 7:
From Apt to Cavaillon.
The hilltop villages of the northern slope.
You’ll cross the Claparèdes plateau to reach the villages of Bonnieux and Lacoste. Then you’ll continue on the road running along the Petit Luberon via Ménerbes, Maubec, and Robion.
Your journey ends in Cavaillon.
