In the intimate atmosphere of the restaurant, La Mirande offers a gastronomic menu featuring organic and farm-raised products, which give the words "seasonal" and "terroir" all the depth of their meaning. In the former kitchens of La Mirande, the 19th-century wood-fired stove is back at work. For the chef of the table d'hôtes holds forth every Tuesday and Wednesday evening. The kitchens can hold fourteen diners on hand to share in the chef's passion for cuisine inspired by the day's marketing. A beautiful venue, shining copper pots and pans, and all the creativity of fresh and fun products. The region's greatest chefs lead the classes at "Le Marmiton", a cooking school that is both original and friendly, open to food lovers seeking to extend and deepen their knowledge.La Mirande also means the bar and the tea salon, open every day in the warm and relaxing atmosphere of the red room, or the patio. Closed weekly on Tuesday and Wednesday - except for the Table d'Hôte, which prepares and shares dinner. Open every day during the Festival in July.
