NEW for summer 2025: a 10m2 swimming pool surrounded by a wooden deck; air conditioning in the main room. The house is set on a 1300m2 plot. On the ground floor there's a large room, kitchen, dining room-lounges, a large bedroom, master suite with bathroom and separate toilet and direct access to the terrace. Upstairs there's a landing with a study, then 2 bedrooms (180x190 beds), then a bathroom with bath and shower, separate toilet.
There's a large terrace with outdoor furniture for dining outside.
