A singer-songwriter who is both tender and direct, funny without being light-hearted. Alone on stage with her guitar, she delivers folk songs with simple, sincere words, carried by a deep, warm voice that softens her confidences. Through her lyrics, she presents characters who doubt, confront and reveal themselves - reflections of herself and of each of us. For her, writing and singing are a way of getting through life: accepting the downfalls, celebrating the joys, keeping alive the memory of those who have gone.
