Program:
- 9:30 am: Welcome for the start of the Wine Trail.
Complimentary breakfast

- 10am: Departure for the wine trail with Rasteau PDO winemakers.

- 11:30am: "Prevention" workshop led by Marlène Bonino (midwife).

- 12:00 pm: Lunch break. On-site catering Aligot meal proposed by "Aubrac Aligot".

- 2:30pm: Introduction to Qi Gong led by Jean Pierre Monago.

- 3:30pm: Discover Sophrology "Respirons Positif" by Florence Giannone-Benoît

- 4:00 pm: Introduction to live and country dancing by Brigitte Puyau

All day long:
Cake sale by Wild Horse Country, bracelet sale, illustration sale by Laurine Illustrations and/or Laetitia Zornoza, jewelry sale by Muriel Lubrano.
