Cellule' exhibition - Per Gulden

THE EXHIBITION:
For Gulden, every moment contains the whole story.
The smallest particle contains the whole world.
The works presented at Baume des Pèlerins are part of the Cellule cycle. Moved by the death of the Russian Alexei Anatoljewitsch Nawalny, Gulden tries to put himself in the situation of someone condemned to death. He looks at the walls of his cell to recharge his batteries, stimulate his imagination and discover beauty where there is none.

Gulden paints the birth of Giordano Bruno "Nola 1548" and discovers that in the word "cell" also lies the beginning of all life. He adds cell to cell and creates complex organisms
complex organisms that continue to mutate until they are finally fixed in paint.

THE ARTIST:
German artist Per Gulden lives and works near Berlin. He studied at the Bremen and Berlin art academies and has exhibited widely in Germany, Spain and France.
