1974 - 2024: this year, the Sablet appellation celebrates the 50th anniversary of its wines. This Saturday, October 12, Sablet's winegrowers are offering an upside-down dinner served with exceptional old vintages to accompany this unique culinary experience.
This year, the Sablet appellation celebrates the 50th anniversary of its wines.
50 years, that's 5 decades we're going back in time with an upside-down dinner among the vines, served by Cyril Glémot, chef of the Coteaux et Fourchettes restaurant in Cairanne.
Under a country-themed marquee, we invite you to take a journey and discover our oldest vintages in an idyllic setting among the vines, with a breathtaking view of our beautiful winegrowing village, the Dentelles de Montmirail and Séguret.
Come dine upside down and step back in time with the Sablet winemakers!
NB: Places are limited to 180 people!
