Discover a unique experience combining nature, viticulture and gastronomy during the ‘Sunsets Vignerons en Luberon’ evenings. Immerse yourself in the fascinating world of the Luberon vineyards through a journey of three unforgettable stages.

This year, 13 exceptional evenings are planned, spread across 28 winegrowing estates. Meet 28 passionate winemakers and share some unforgettable moments.

1. A stroll through the vines: a journey to the heart of winegrowing
Start the evening with a 30-45 minute walk through the vineyards. Accompanied by an expert winemaker, you'll explore the cultivation of the vine, the grape varieties, the soil and the climate specific to each estate. This special small-group experience will allow you to discover the first stage in the wine-making process in a natural and authentic setting.

2. Visit to the cellars: the secrets of wine-making
Continue with a tour of the cellars. The winemaker will show you the essential stages in the winemaking process: de-stemming, pressing, maceration, fermentation, etc. Discover the subtleties of making red, rosé and white wines from the region's AOP Ventoux, AOP Luberon and AOP Côtes du Rhône Villages Gadagne appellations. The tour takes place in the cool of the cellars, offering a refreshing and enriching break.

3. Wine and food pairing evening: conviviality at sunset
End the evening with a convivial meal of food and wine pairings at sunset. In an idyllic, leafy setting, savour exquisite dishes accompanied by wines from the participating estates. 5 themes in 12 evenings to choose from according to your tastes and the wineries: ‘Around the olive’, ‘Aromatic plants’, ‘Flavours of the Luberon’, ‘Sun-drenched vegetables and fruit’, ‘Tomatoes in all their states’ and 1 evening ‘Chefs and Vintages’ (on 10 September).
