A day of truffle festivities with restaurateurs from Avignon and the surrounding area, in the presence of Escoffier's disciples. Tasting of truffled appetizers. Truffle-flavored meals in the "Halles" snack bars. Sale of fresh truffles. Truffle-hunting demonstration.
