Via Ferrata

This Via Ferrata has 2 complementary loops allowing members of the general public to penetrate into the very heart of the Saint Jacques cliffs. First, there's the “Via Natura” (Minimum height requirement: 1.3 m, Exposure: South-west, Duration: 2 hours). Then, there's the “Via Souterrata” which takes you through Colombier's caves and the Beaumes de Combarelles (Minimum height requirement: 1.5 m, Exposure: East, Duration: 4 hours (2 hours Via Natura + 2 hours Via Souterrata).
Equipment along route: Tibetan bridge, beam, grotto bridge, gangway, cave ladder, monkey bridge.
Access: 20 minutes walk from Tourist Office (via the "Montée César de Bus" staircase). Open all year long (weather permitting).
