Starting point: Gordes – château parking lotFrom the square in front of the Gordes chateau, go down Rue des Clastres and Rue Porte-de-Savoie. After the Saint-Jacques almshouse, go through the Portal and follow Rue Deyrolle. At the bottom, go up the cemented road. At the top, turn to the right until you reach the mission cross 50 meters later. Go across the D15 road then start down the small road just opposite, lined with stone walls and bories. At the intersection, continue on in the same direction. Go past the valley and continue straight on at each crossroads. At the end of the road, take the path which continues in the same direction, and further on, to the north, go down towards the Sénancole. At the crossroads, continue straight on a path which goes up the valley. Once you’ve crossed the stream, take a balcony road which goes back down to cross the valley again. Climb amidst the rocks, the steep side should be on your right. As you approach the top, turn left to reach “Dilais”. Take the direction for Sénanque, to your left. The path overlooking the canyon reaches the D177 through the oak woods (Sénanque slope). Between the path and the road, turn to your right on a path lined with low stone walls. Take the small road on your left, then the D177 on your right. When you get to the Enclos, a path on the left winds between houses nd walls, and brings you back to Gordes.
