Théâtre L'Etincelle / Compagnie la Tarasque

The Théâtre de l'Etincelle is a year-round theatre in Avignon. It has been run by the La Tarasque company since 1989. L'Etincelle performs theatre shows from October to June: contemporary theatre, classical, concerts, music from the wrold over, dance, companies-in-residence. It is also a place for learning and for theatrical creations. It works with associations that help people in difficulty, lends itself to cultural national and international exchange, in particular with India and China. It has been a venue for the Festival OFF since 1989.
