Originally called St Siffrein (patron saint of Carpentras), the parish church of Blauvac is now known as St Sébastien.
Its nave is very narrow and has three bays with pointed arches. It has two side chapels and its apse is pentagonal.
The façade, adjoining a house, consists of a semi-circular portal surmounted by a pointed arch bay.
The roof is occupied by a two-bay bell tower in which two bells are installed, topped by an empty bay. A third bell, above, is supported by a metal structure.
