Benedictine monastery founded in 1970 at Bedoin and transferred to Le Barroux in 1980. Mass at 9:30 am on weekdays and 10 am on Sundays, Vespers at 5:30 pm. The store offers a wide range of products made by the monks, as well as a large religious bookshop.
Benedictine Monastery founded in 1970 in Bedoin, transferred to Le Barroux in 1980, is a recent building built in the pure Provencal Romanesque style. The Monastery itself is closed to visits, but the church is open all day long. All the liturgical services are sung in Gregorian. Mass is at 9:30 am in the week, and 10 am on Sundays. Vespers are at 5:30 pm. The monastery shop proposes products made by the monks - bread, nougat, olive oil,etc.. and many books. Spiritual stays and retreats, for men only. The church is open all day all year long.
