This Hospital for the poor and needy was built in 1669 for the Town. Repairs to the building were made in 1983 to welcome services such as the Cultural Affairs, the Cultural Centre and the Town festival centre, as well as the Music-Dance-Theatre Academy. The cellars are used as exhibition rooms. A cultural centre, music and dance conservatory, and site of prestigious exhibitions. 9 am to 12 am and 2 pm to 6 pm Monday to Friday.
