Viens is a charming village surrounded by its old ramparts built between the 11th and 13th centuries. The village overlooks the Luberon range and Lure mountain. It is part of the Luberon Regional Natural Park, and offers countless opportunities for hiking, mountain-bike riding and horseback riding. There are marked itineraries around the village, and the GR6 hiking path. Don't miss: the ruins of the defensive architecture and beautiful town elements such as many old houses from Romanesque times, the 13th and 14th century château which has been renovated many times, old fountains and PRovencal washing wells, 3 bread ovens one of which goes back to the 12th century, and an old olive oil mill built into the rock.Contact
