Eglise Saint Etienne
Tourist service in Vitrolles-en-Lubéron :
Parish church of Saint-Etienne and its Romanesque bell tower. Mentioned from 1274, it consists of a nave with two bays and a vaulted rectangular apse semicircular cradle. It was abandoned in the fifteenth century and was in ruins in 1620. It is restored before 1632 and has a side chapel (now 1st span nave) in 1661. In 1683 the original nave was partially demolished to be replaced by the current nave with the choir and the sacristy.
