The ASPA is a great place for meeting others and exchanging ideas about sports for both individuals and families. Moreover, there will always be someone there to guide you and help you with your activities.

Accredited by 'Jeunesse et Sports' (the Ministry of Youth and Sports) and 'éducation nationale' (the Ministry of National Education), the gîte offers a range of sports activities all supervised by licenced instructors.

With the option of a half or full-day programme, activities include: spelunking, canyoning, cliff outings, rock climbing, tree-top activities, hiking, orienteering, and mountain biking. But beyond simply being a fun experience, individually-tailored holidays at ASPA enable you to truly discover, to the greatest extent, the riches of our country's heritage.

Everyone is welcome at our gîte, whether it be families, school groups, groups in training, corporate groups, seminars, individuals... (Maximum capacity is 35 people.) There is the option to go with self-catering, half board or full board.

Great idea: Have a go at the adventure course, cliff climbing, or those who are 6 and up can try spelunking with guided outings to the region's caves.
