>Around the charming village of Brantes, at the foot of the north face of Mont Ventoux, Les Aventurières du Goût organizes from April to mid-November wildflower and edible plant-picking walks followed by a cooking class to learn how to use them in healthy, tasty dishes. The workshop ends with a tasting of the preparations, and you leave with the chef's recipes and tips.
