Activity in Le Barroux :
Enjoy an unforgettable experience to discover our profession of distiller. You will have the privilege of discovering all the stages of creation of our unique whisky in the world made from an ancestral cereal : einkorn Haute Provence.During this tour, you will discover all the key stages of production: from the choice of cereals to bottling, including malting, brewing, fermentation, distillation and obviously aging in oak barrels. This tour will allow you to have a different approach of whisky tasting. The tour will end with a tasting of our products.
The self guided tour of the castle is included in this activity.
