During the session you will taste 6 Château Unang wines, (red, white, rosé) each paired with a cheese carefully selected by the Mercy Dairy shop in Carpentras. Groups of 6 people +
In the shade of the plane trees this environment is a treat for both the eyes and the taste buds.
Throughout the tasting session, we will provide you with detailed information about wines and cheeses, as well as responding to all of your questions about wine, cheese, the domain, or the region. There will also be crusty bread, seasonal fresh fruits, and a chocolate treat to finish, turning the tasting session into either a light lunch or an early dinner.
And to make the experience even more memorable, the tasting will take place on the Chateau’s private terrace.
This magnificent place, with views of the vineyards and the winery, and beyond Méthamis and the Vaucluse plateau, is normally a private family domain, but it opens its doors to you for this exclusive tasting event.
