Educational and Discovery Workshop at the Domaine de Montirius

You will visit the Family cellar, discover with concrete explanations, anecdotes, Biodynamic agriculture practices from Eric & Christine, Justine, Manon Saurel way of farming from the vines to the wines. You will taste the wines from the estate furrowed by your taste buds different terroirs and their aromatic expressions
After welcoming you, Christine will present you the story of the estate, show you on the vine directly their daily practices and their understanding of Bio-Dynamic culture and its effects. Then you will visit the cellar with explanations on the grapes vinification and ageing of the wines.
Then come, in private place, the complete tasting of the estate’s wines with the different appellations and grape variety such as Côtes du Rhône, Vacqueyras and Gigondas. All our cuvées are certified organic (Ecocert) and Bio-Dynamic (Biodyvin). The wines from the estate are known by professional and specialized press for their excellent quality and are pointed to be among the best wines worldwide.
