Since 2017, the entire estate, which is in conversion to organic farming, has developed its cultivation of olive trees. Today, it offers a large range of wines and olive oil.
Domaine de la Royère is a family property on 30 hectares in Oppède, in the heart of the Luberon region. The vineyard produces red, white and rosé wine with Luberon, Châteauneuf-du-Pape and Côtes-du-Rhône Appellation d'Origine Protégée, as well as other Provence specialities.

Since the 2000's, 6 hectares of olive trees have been planted which produce olive oil from the Aglandau variety. This ancestral culture of Provence is displayed in the Olive Oil Museum.
